(Payment Terms Net 30 Days) Overdue accounts are charged interest of 2% per month. (24% per annum) on unpaid balances. Note: All credit card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee on the total invoice amount after 10 days from the invoice date.
Units Return Policy - No returns on units allowed.
Parts Return Policy - Please refer to the schedule below for the criteria required:

Product Status: Normally stocked, in saleable condition, in original sealed carton.
Time Delay: Within 15 days
Minimum Value: $1000 Suggested sell less discount applied.
Freight: Pre-paid to TBA
Purchase Verification: Accommodation Return Form required to be completed in full and approved with RTN number. Contact TBA for form.
Re-stocking Charge: 25% of invoice value, plus applicable shipping fees.

Limitation of Liability
TBA shall in no event be liable to the purchaser, any successors in interest or any beneficiaries or any assignees of the contract for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of this Terms and Conditions of Sales and Warranties, or any defect in, of failure of , or malfunction of equipment, whether or not based upon loss of use, loss profits or revenues, interest, loss goodwill, work stoppage, impairment of other goods, loss by reason of shutdown or non operation, increased expenses of operation, cost of purchase of replacement power, or claims of purchaser or customers of purchaser for service interruption whether or not such loss or damage is based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability or otherwise.
Damage or Loss in Transit
TBA assumes no liability for damage or loss of shipment. All shipments should be unpacked and examined immediately upon receipt. Any damage that is found should be noted on the delivery receipt and the carrier should be informed immediately. TBA is not liable for consequential damages resulting from the installation of damage products. The purchaser understands & agrees with the Terms of this agreement in doing business with TBA. The purchaser also understands that this information provided by TBA is confidential and is not to be redistributed. The purchaser also understands the content of these terms can be changed at any time.
